you use leggings as part of your look, you have to be careful not to overdo it.
The temptation is always these, especially since there are leggings with all
sorts of crazy colors and designs on them. Use this rule of thumb: only have
one standout piece per outfit. If you are wearing a plain, sporty black shirt,
you can wear crazy leggings if you want. If your shirt has a fun, bold pattern,

offer the support and padding that your feet need for intense exercise. Make
sure that your tennis shoes fit with heavy socks on and that you can run easily
in them. Doing this extra work early on lets you enjoy your trainers without
blisters or discomfort.
Transitioning Between Style and
Exercise
As popular as they
are for looking fashionable, trainers and leggings are also awesome for
exercise. But how do you transition your look between the gym and the outside
world? First, think about if you exercise in the morning or after work. If you
exercise in the morning, you'll have to pack an extra pair of leggings in your
bag. Sweat clings to leggings, so there's really
no
point in trying to wear your leggings after exercise. If you exercise after
work, just make sure you have a tank or tee in your bag that's good for
exercise. You can go straight from work or home to the gym without having to
change your leggings!
