After that you want to keep bending your knees so that your thighs are level to the floor, ending up so it looks like you're sitting. Stay here as long as your legs will let you.

Endless crunches do not necessarily equal a six pack. When you work your abdomen, you strengthen and tone these muscles, but you will not burn belly fat.
